Dear diary,
It was only me and Simon that tried to build shelters. every body else were off playing in the forest. Then jack came along and started to argue with me and then Simon left me and I am still trying to build shelters. We need they in case it rains and to protect us from the beastie. I assigned then little-uns jobs and then they help for a bit then go running off into the forest. They just don't know when to help and when to play.
If they vote me to be leader then I expect to be treated like one or respected like one. If we don't get these huts up a steady then we wont have protection, safety, or shelter. This is one of the main things we need to survive. If it rains we will be all wet. If we need protection from the beasite then we would run into our shelter. if daddy doesn't come soon then I will be very terrified.
