Dear Diary,

The beastie was here last night and i didn't see it and every one else has. I want to see it and see if it really is something, or they might just be playing a prank on me. I don't get why they don't like me and keep jeeringly me. I wonder if They make fun of me because I'm fat? Or because I have glasses?

The beastie sounds scary and i hope i don't find it or worse...it finds me. everyone keeps rambling about it. but apart of me thinks its just ludicrous and another part of me just want to act without decorum running around with fear. Jack is mean but he might be our only thing for protection and hope of safety. I hope they let me kill a pig . I've always want to have that feeling of power and being king.

Yet Jack and the others are so mean to me. But Ralph if hadn't of told my them my nick name at my old school then i think they would be a lot nicer then right now. It's Ralph's fault I'm hated on the island. It's Ralph's fault that they don't let me do anything exciting! My food gets either pinched or i don't get any. I haven't eaten in a while...so i guess im going to eat now.
